Just need to buy paddle pop sticks for Icecreams.  These are limited stock at present … and in my home office at Deception Bay - so can collect if local. Can’t combine with syrups as they are in our Sydney office.

MARAGITA CHEESECAKE ICECREAM

Makes 8

Ingredients
Chocolate Layer
100gm Keto Choc Chips
20gm cacao butter
Margarita Layer
250gm Cream Cheese
125ml cream
120mls Skinny Margarita Mix
60mls Tequila
2 tbsp sweetener of choice
1/2 tsp xanthum gum
Drop green food colouring if desired.
Optional
Dried Finger Limes as garnish 😎

Method
Melt chocolate & cacao butter & pour into silicone moulds.
Place in fridge.
Prepare margarita layer.
Soften cream cheese.
Beat in other ingredients until well combined.
Pour into moulds.
Garnish with little crushed dried finger limes for that extra exotic after dark sensation for a late night naughty pleasure 😜❤️😎
